PAYMENT

The prices shown in Wärtsilä Concept store are excluding Swedish VAT (tax) and do not include any delivery costs, meaning that the buyer covers shipping costs, customs and local VAT. The shipping cost will be added to the invoice. Costs for customs and local VAT will be invoiced from your local customs control and are out of GEP W Promoshop’s control.

Payment method – Invoicing
Purchases made in We Buy are transferred with the Po No and information needed.

For purchases outside of We Buy it is mandatory to enter a PO number, cost center or WBS. 

We will send the invoice to the scanning points supplied by Wärtsilä for most countries. If this information is lacking for your company, the invoice will be sent to you by email.

Payment method – Credit or debit card
Wärtsilä Concept Store card payments are made secure by use of a trusted payment service provider (Nets) and 3D secure technology (for applicable credit cards). Currently, we accept payments with Visa and MasterCard.

When you place an order, the order amount is withdrawn from your credit card.

If any products should be out of stock or faulty the amount will be returned to your credit card after the accepted return/claim.

The payment solution only stores a reference to the transaction and does not store any of your personal credit card information.

The transaction text that will appear on your credit card statement is “GEP W Promoshop”.
