SHIPPING

The estimated time of delivery depends on the destination of your order as well as the total amount of order rows.

-Standard delivery is 2-4 days to European countries and 3-10 days to the rest of the world.

-Express delivery is normally 1-2 days to European countries, and 2-4 days to the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Habo, Sweden.

UPS is our main forwarder. Depending on the circumstances, another forwarder may be used. We always choose the cheapest / best suited carrier.

DELIVERY COSTS

Company purchases - invoice
Wärtsilä Concept Stores delivery terms are Ex works, meaning that the buyer covers shipping costs, customs and local VAT. Please note that a €10 service charge is always added.

For purchasing as a business customer you need to access the shop through We Buy, log in or register for an account.  

Private purchase - credit card
Please note that purchases with credit card is only for private purposes.

The maximum amount for private purchases is €500.

When you are making a purchase with credit card Swedish VAT of 25% will be added (within EU) to all prices shown in the Concept Store according to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. Please note that  a €10 service charge is always added.

When you make a purchase as a private consumer the delivery costs are fixed and based on your location, please see below.

Limitation of liability
The limit of GEP W Promoshop’s liability is the making up of any shortfall, replacement, refund of the price of the products, and, in the case of defective products, refunding the delivery costs.

We are not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit or otherwise) which you may incur for whatever reason, as a consequence of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Events beyond our reasonable control
GEP W Promoshop will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
