New customer?

To be able to make purchases and pay by invoice you have to be a registered customer.

You can easily create an account by clicking the “Create Account” button in the top menu. Fill out your contact information and we will get back to you with your user-id within one working day. You can change your information under "My account" after you signed in.

You will need your username and password to be able to complete your order and pay by invoice.

If you do not login you will only be able to make purchases as a private consumer paying by credit or debit card.

How to shop

If you are not logged in /already have an existing account you will only be able to make purchases as a private consumer paying by credit or debit card. To register please use the “Create Account” button in the top menu.

Shopping cart

When you click "Buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart at the top right of your web page. Here you will see all ordered items and the total sum, excluding VAT and shipping cost.

If you are logged in you can save all the items in your cart and continue shopping later on by clicking on the "save cart" button. The next time you visit the web shop you click on "get cart" to place all the saved items in your present cart. You can either add the items to your cart or exchange your present one. To change the items in your cart you will have to go press the "checkout"-button.

Checkout

When you are done shopping press the "Checkout"-button at the top right of your web page.

At the checkout you can either register or sign in if you haven’t already done that and you wish to pay by invoicing. If you wish to make a private purchase you do not need to register or log in.

Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change" (the rounded arrow). A click on the” X” will erase all items on a particular row.

Confirm your order

When you have checked that all information is correct on your order, press the “Complete order" button. You will then see a receipt on your screen.

Receipt page

When you see the receipt page you know that we have received your order. You can see your order number on the top of the page and a confirmation email will be submitted to the provided email address

Order overview

Your can see your previous orders in the section "My account". When clicking on an order you will get more information on that specific order. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout.
